Mission AfloatLate last year Mission Afloat Tasmania held a celebration at the North West Bay Marina, Margate, to commission new boats Aubade and Discovery II, and to name and launch the display skiff Dove. Manager Allister Martin gave a brief speech of welcome and introduction, and Assistant Manager Wade Briton explained the role that Aubade would have in extending the sailing program from that currently handled by the two 16 foot trailer-sailers Owl and Pussycat to longer voyages and overnight stays.
