Recognition of years of dedicationOn Sunday 20 October when the Rev. David Le Rossignol presented a hand made rug to Miss Win Tanner in recognition of her years of dedicated service to the Parish of St John’s New Town, he also prayed: ‘Lord, we pray that this blanket will be a reminder to Win of your comfort and love found in Christ. We pray that each square will be a sign of the Body of Christ in St John’s representing each one who worshipped with her over these long years. Amen’. The rug was crocheted for Win by long time friend and fellow parishioner, Ann Swifte.
