Encouraging speakers at Cressy

The Anglican Parish of Cressy invited Jon Duncan to speak at the service on 13 February about his role as Chaplain at the Cressy District High School. Jon gave a wonderful outline of his work and seems to be making great progress with the students.

We also had much pleasure in welcoming Russell and Sue Morton on 20 February. Russell spoke about their time in Pakistan and Thailand and how God can bring good out of bad. He also told us how God had gone before them, making their way easier. An item of interest was the book Angels in the Rafters which was compiled by Sue after the attack on Murree Christian School.

There was a further time of fellowship with Russell and Sue over lunch after the service. We thank the Lord for giving them the faith and courage to minister in this dangerous part of the world.

Talented musician

The service was also an opportunity for everyone to hear 12-year old Griff Jones play the organ. Griff is a talented musician who shows great promise.
