The Rev. Canon Geoff Smith has decided to resign as National Director of ABM to take up the role of Rector of the Parish of Surfers Paradise in the Diocese of Brisbane, effective from 4 February 2005. He has much enjoyed the work of ABM but the role involves a great deal of time away from his family with young teenagers who need him to spend more time with them at this important stage of their lives. He asks for continued prayer for his new work and for ABM and the process of selecting a new National Director. |
