Are you the sort of person, who can't go past a second hand shop without looking for a bargain? Then eBay is for you...www.ebay.com.au

eBay is an on-line auction site enabling sellers to display their items and buyers to bid on them. The site itself is quite helpful and if you wish to use it, then take the time to read the guides available.

You will begin by needing to register as a user. This is without obligation to buy and your personal details seem secure. Then you need to search for the item you are interested in.

Like most searches, take care to be imaginative in your keyword entry. When you find an item, you may choose to bid on it. Note the currency and check the exchange rate. Also be aware of costs of freight/mail which will be added.

Like most auctions, things can get a little intense, but it is important not to get carried away. Nevertheless, there are often bargains to be had if you are patient and careful. Take time to have a look - you never know you might find something you have always wanted.
