With a smile that belies her 90 years, Mrs Chris Redpath cuts the cake at her special birthday celebration organised by the Mothers' Union at St John's, New Town.

90 years young

On Saturday 15 March members representing the Mothers' Union branches in Southern Tasmania gathered together with friends and family of Mrs Chris Redpath in St John's Church hall, New Town to celebrate her 90th Birthday.

Chris was born in England and joined MU there over 60 years ago. Leaving England she lived in Africa for a time before coming to Australia.

Chris was a committed MU member at St Peter's Church, Geeveston until recently when she moved to New Town and joined St John's there.

We congratulate Chris on her years of devotion to MU and wish her happiness always.
