Children's and Family Worker

Holy Trinity, Launceston

Holy Trinity is an Anglican Church, located in the centre of Launceston. We are seeking to appoint an energetic Children's and Family Worker, to develop a ministry to young children and their families.

The position is part-time, for eight hours per week including Sunday mornings. Payment is at the award rate for a youth worker ($135.76 per week) plus a 12% superannuation guarantee contribution, and holiday leave loading. All reasonable expenses would be met.

The duties involved will be dependent on the gifts of the successful applicant but will include the provision of a program for children on Sunday mornings.

The successful applicant will need to be a practising and committed Christian, comfortable with the ethos and liturgical style at Holy Trinity, and able to satisfy the requirements for Safe Ministry Accreditation in the Anglican Church.
