Media release Wednesday 13 December 2006 Anglicare Launches Appeal for East Coast Fire victimsAnglicare has launched an appeal today to receive donations of all kinds to help the victims of the fire on Tasmania's East Coast. "Victims of the fire in Scamander are in urgent need of money to buy essential items, says Rev. Dr. Chris Jones. "People wishing to make donations can either donate at their Anglicare office, or at the National Australia Bank BSB no. 087-007 account no: 86 687 7591 all donations over $2 dollars are tax deductible. "Also donations of clothing, blankets and non-perishable items can be made at any Anglicare office state wide. "Donations will be distributed through Anglicare's St Helens office.
