Media release Wednesday 16 August 2006 Tasmanian Anglican Magazine Wins National AwardThe bimonthly magazine of the Anglican Church, Tasmanian Anglican, has been awarded Most Improved Magazine at the annual Australasian Religious Press Association (ARPA) Awards in Adelaide last weekend. The magazine, which was revamped in 2005, received the judges' commendation for the great strides taken especially in readability and layout. The Bishop of Tasmania, the Right Reverend John Harrower said, "We are justifiably proud of our local Tasmanian product. Tasmanian Anglican is an important part of our communication internally and externally, and the new look fits well with a vibrant 21st Century Church."
