Monday 22 December 2003 The bishop and the rooster!The Anglican Bishop of Tasmania, the Right Reverend John Harrower, has entitled his 2003 Christmas message, 'Christmas is a Wake-up Call!'. The key character in this Christmas message is 'Big Red', the Bishop's rooster. Bishop Harrower and Big Red will be available together for Christmas messages and photos at Bishopscourt, 26 Fitzroy Place, Hobart, at 2.30pm Tuesday 23 December. Bishop Harrower will be preaching and conducting the Blessing of the Crib at St David's Cathedral, Hobart, on Christmas Eve, 24th December - the service begins at 11pm. Bishop Harrower will also be preaching at Holy Trinity Anglican Church (Church St, North Hobart) at 10am on Christmas Day, 25th December.
